- The Explode cambered squat bar is an advanced, but a highly effective squat accessory that can help increase your squat strength and technique
- The cambered squat bar consists of an upper horizontal steel bar with two vertically-welded steel posts that extend under it. There’s a “camber” to the barbell. This results in the weight plates being positioned slightly off-center from the upper part of the barbell, instead of directly underneath.
